Preserve Ingredients

Apple Sauce. (smooth and chunky): apples, sugar, cinnamon.

Damson Jam. (with or without stones): Damsons, sugar, naturally occurring and added pectin.

Damson Coulis: Damsons, sugar.

Damson Jelly: Damsons, Sugar, naturally occurring and added pectin.

Blackcurrant Jam and Jelly: Blackcurrants, sugar, naturally occurring pectin.

Plum Coulis and Jelly: Plums, sugar, naturally occurring pectin.

Pink Kiss Apple, Chilli and Ginger Coulis: Apple, sugar, fresh ginger, fresh chilli.

Lightly Curried Courgette Chutney: Courgette, marrow, onions, brown sugar, cider vinegar, ginger, birds eye chilli, whole grain mustard, ground cumin, turmeric, caraway, salt, pepper.

Nasturtium Flower Jelly with Apple and Pepper: Apple, sugar, Nasturtium flower, pepper.

Nasturtium Oil: Olive Oil, Nasturtium leaves. 190 ml

Plum Sherry: 200 ml Croft Sherry
Bullis Whiskey: 200 ml
Wild Raspberry and Bramble Vodka: 200 ml




All made using fruit from our own garden.
Produced at High Paradise Farm, YO7 2HT
Best before 31st January 2026. Once opened refrigerate and use within 2 weeks. Keep in a cool, dark location
