Please remember you can only access the tearoom by foot, bike or horse. The nearest car park to us is Sneck Yate, which is at the top of a Boltby Bank. The 1 mile road from the car park is free from cars, flat but a little bumpy.
​It is suitable to all ages and prams.
The tearoom serves seasonal food, as much meat from the farm as possible, and veggies from our poly tunnel. We use lots of local suppliers and bake all our own cakes onsite.
​When the tearoom is open the kitchen is open 12-3pm for hot food. We also serve breakfast sandwiches before 12 noon. After the kitchen is closed at 3pm you are still able to get all drinks and cakes until we close at 4pm. 


​We have indoor seating for up to 50 people, and a covered courtyard which will seat 100.
We don’t take bookings. We accept cash or card payments (min £5 spend on card)
